I love Tom. He makes it so easy to understand, and he is sooooooooooooooooo funny.
NO means NO! Once we really get that, we'll have so much more time for the people that are open to what we have to offer.

Great Video Tom! I tell my team all the time, "let go of those that say "NO" or make excuses for why they don't want to do it...it's simple...work with those that want the information.
